CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To be fair to all clients and ensure smooth operations, please review our cancellation terms:

Studio Bookings
   •    Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund, excluding any transaction fees.
   •    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
   •    If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed per booking (subject to availability).

 

Event Hire
   •    Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
   •    Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to time blocked and preparation costs.
   •    Date changes are allowed with 7+ days’ notice, depending on availability.
