2h studio time. Edited images will be sent over within 2-4 working days. Raw iPhone content shared on the same day via shared album.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To be fair to all clients and ensure smooth operations, please review our cancellation terms: Studio Bookings • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund, excluding any transaction fees. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. • If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed per booking (subject to availability). Event Hire • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to time blocked and preparation costs. • Date changes are allowed with 7+ days’ notice, depending on availability.
