Cancellation Policy

1. Minimum Commitment All studio subscriptions require a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows members to benefit from discounted studio access while ensuring availability. 2. Hour Usage Your selected hours are allocated per calendar month and must be used within that month. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. 3. Booking All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with the studio team. Bookings are subject to studio availability, so we recommend booking early. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may still count as used hours. 5. Additional Hours If you require more time than your plan includes, additional hours can be booked at the standard studio hourly rate. 6. Guests & Team Members Your booking may include a small team (e.g., photographer, model, assistant). Larger groups or events must be booked separately as event hire. 7. Studio Care All members must respect the studio space, props, and equipment. The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damage or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges. 8. Late Finishes Sessions must finish within the allocated booking time to allow preparation for the next booking. Overtime may be charged if the studio is occupied beyond the scheduled time. 9. Subscription Payments Payments are billed monthly in advance and must be paid to secure your subscription hours. Failure to pay may result in suspension of booking access.
